2. Grease softening point  Parameter

1. Measuring range

A. For samples whose softening point is below 80°C, 5°C to 80°C (distilled water).

B. For samples with a softening point above 80°C, 32°C to 162°C (glycerin).

2. Temperature resolution: 0.1℃ (deviation can be corrected).

4. Heating slope: 1.0～1.5/min.

3. Grease softening point Feature And Application

1. Using computer intelligent control, laser automatic detection, LCD touch screen human-machine interface, screw stepping motor lifting and other technologies, it has the characteristics of linear heating, uniform bath mixing, and automatic sample detection. It is a plaster softening point measuring instrument with high degree of automation, quick and convenient testing, and accurate and reliable test results.

2. The instrument is heated by the heating tube solution medium and plaster, and stirred by a magnetic stirrer to make the temperature in the beaker uniform. The controller uses an interpolation algorithm to control the output, so that the medium rises linearly at 1.0-1.5°C/min. The plaster in the test ring begins to soften slowly during the heating process. When the softening temperature is reached, the plaster in the sample ring slowly drops in the form of a droplet under the action of the gravity of the steel ball. When the plasters in the two sample rings descend and touch The average temperature when reaching the lower baffle is the softening point temperature of the plaster.

3. The instrument is mainly composed of a chassis bracket, a touch screen human-machine interface, a screw lifting system, a heating and heating adjustment system, a laser detection system, and a magnetic stirring system.

4. In order to facilitate the test operation and the smooth lifting and lowering of the components in the beaker, a test platform is designed. The test components are suspended and positioned on the test platform. The test platform and the test components are driven by the lead screw and the test platform is steadily lowered and positioned accurately to realize the laser beam The beam of light is close to the upper side of the lower baffle.

5. The test process has animated simulation display, touch operation, man-machine interaction interface, which is more intuitive and convenient.

6. Temperature control adopts slope interpolation algorithm, precise heating, program control, and real-time temperature control.

7. The split magnetic stirring adopts stepless speed regulation, and the temperature is more uniform.
